    This amount will be less than or equal to the stated principal amount of $10 and may be zero.

Upside payment:

$2.50 per security (25.00% of the stated principal amount). Accordingly, even if the final share price is significantly greater than the initial share price, your payment at maturity will not exceed $12.50 per security.

$41.37, which is the closing price of one ETF Share on the pricing date, divided by the adjustment factor

The closing price of one ETF Share on the valuation date
