(b) JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“JPMorgan Chase” or the “Firm”) has announced that Frank J. Bisignano, formerly the Co-Chief Chief Operating Officer of the Firm, has resigned from the Firm to become chief executive officer of First Data Corp. Effective immediately, Matthew E. Zames is the sole Chief Operating Officer of the Firm.
