JPMorgan Chase & Co. (“JPMorgan Chase” or the “Company”) elected Phebe N. Novakovic as a director, effective December 7, 2020. Ms. Novakovic is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of General Dynamics Corporation. Ms. Novakovic’s appointment to a board committee will be disclosed when determined. She was also elected a director of JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and a manager of JPMorgan Chase Holdings LLC, and may be elected a director of such other subsidiary or subsidiaries as may be determined from time to time.
