Dividends are usually paid in January, April, July and October of each year, with the record date on the sixth calendar day of the month and payment on the last day of the month. Dividends are paid only as, when, and if, declared by our Board of Directors. Dividends declared in any quarter will be determined by our Board of Directors after taking into consideration factors such as our current earnings, expected medium- and long-term operating earnings, financial condition, regulatory capital position and applicable governmental regulations and policies.
